Yearly Family Campout Fairview Canyon

The first week in August we had out family week long camp trip. This year we went up Fairview Canyon. It was so pretty up there and everything was so green :) The kids loved how many diffrent kind of animals and bugs there were and spent alot of time catching frogs,crickets,grasshoppers,butterflies and pretty much everything they could get there hands on. This year was a little different I had to work the start of the week and so David went up with the boys and my brothers for the first half of the week and then I joined them on wendsday night. Grandpa Dirk and Grandma Dixie were able to come up for a few nights also. And the kids had fun visiting with there grandparents. We did alot of fun activities and had a great time being together with the family and making tons of new memories. It turned out being a great trip and im sure that we will go up to fairview again in the coming years.

 This year Jeremy also brought up his snowie machine for slurpees. It was a fun treat in the middle of the hot days.

 Our trip to the beach was interesting with both David and Jeremy getting stuck in the mud. The kids took turn trying to pull the truck out but in the end we needed to go back to camp to get our truck and pull Jeremy to safety. I will add he got stuck trying to save the sandrail from sliding into the lake. Like I said it was interesting lol

 After everyone was rescued it was time to have some fun in the water.

 Dallin and Niko spent a good hour playing in the springs and they invented there own company that filters water in the streams called the Dammit Brothers Inc. Because it all started with a damm lol
