Anyone what a donut?

Last week David and I drove down to American Fork to do some stuff and David said that it was way to close the the Krispy Kreme's in Orem to not go. So we drove the extra fifteen min and went to the wonderful world of Krispy Kreme. There are not any of the stores around here anymore and the donuts that you get at the store and so not the same as the hot ones that they give you right off the fryer. Well Dallin thought that it would be fun to look like the donut chef so here are the pics.

So the other day Dallin found a box to play with and is all about cutting up paper and taping stuff together and so he wanted to decorate the box. So we decided that we were going to take it to the next level and make it into a costume. This is what we came up with Wall-e David did the cutting of the holes and me and Dallin did the decorating.

I'm on top of a mountain...

Sunday night we drove up to the top of Butterfield Canyon and did a bbq in the back of the truck and watched the sunset. It was really fun and I couldn't believe how cold it was. It was really nice to get out of the 100 degree weather even if it was for only a few hours. After we ate we just hung out for a while and went on some walks and took lots of pictures. Then we packed up and drove back down the mountain. Dallin thought that it was pretty cool that we could really drive up a mountain.

My water baby.....

Dallin loves water more then anyone I have ever met. He always wants to go swimming or take a bath or go in the sprinklers. Pretty much anything that has to do with water he wants to be involved in it. I don't know where he got this from because I hate water I don't like going in it. And if I cant see the bottom I wont go in it. Luckily David likes the water more then me and so he is always the one that's going out and playing with Dallin as I stay back and take the pictures. On Saturday we went and got Dallin a new pool and went over to Amy's house and played out in the water and sun for a few hours and as always Dallin loved every minute of it.

Temple open house

On Saturday we went with Davids parents to the open house of the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. It was really fun to be able to go with Dallin and he did such a good job there. He was so quiet and on his best behavior. I think that it helped that they give you cookies at the end. So he said I will be good for cookies. Now all he talks about is how he went to Jesus's house. He was most excited when he saw the baptistry he said look mom a swimming pool I want to go in. Then after we left we went to Cafe rio for dinner my all time favorite fast food place :)

24th of July

This year for the 24th Davids sister Michele had a bbq and firework party. It was a really fun time just hanging out and it was perfect weather. Dallin had a great time playing in the water with his cousins and then we ended the night with many fireworks.

I thought that this was a pretty cool picture with Dallin sitting in it. He only sat there for a minute until the firework started to nake loud noise then he was out of there. I don't blame him I hate the loud fireworks.

Why do sisters like to torture there sisters??

So Heidy thought that it was a great idea to give Dallin this toy on Sunday well its fine and dandy she wants to spoil him but this is what I had to listen to for three days now. Really its a pretty cool toy it plays songs and you sing in the mic and it changes songs and shows the kids picture on the tv. Dallin loves singing and so he is all about it.

The joy of food poisoning and a three year old!!

So over the weekend Dallin woke up at two in the morning puking everywhere all over the bed the floor his blankets himself and then every forty five min after that until about seven thirty in the morning then it was only every hour and a half. Lucky for me I got to stay up for 22 hours straight with him puking all over me. Im glad to say like all food poisoning he was back to himself 48 hours later..
